TANK UNIT — TO REMOVE
SECTION In the event of it being necessary to remove the petrol tank unit of the K-S
585 Telegage, remove petrol tank ( Section 586 ) remove ‘screws holding tank
unit in position and the unit can then be lifted out of the tank.
PETROL TANK — TO REMOVE
SECTION Remove petrol tank drain plug and drain out petrol. Disconnect main petrol
586 pipe from tank, and air line from tank unit. Disconnect rear exhaust pipe
from petrol tank and silencer. Remove nuts from each petrol tank strap
adjusting bolt and the tank can then be removed.
