Above all, we know how important security is to you.  That’s why we take it so seriously.  We use the most stringent security measures in the business to protect against the loss or misuse of the data we have collected from you.

To protect against the loss of data, all the information on our system is backed up on a daily rotation to our off-site backup servers.

To protect against misuse of data, we use industry recognised encryption techniques.  For instance, the encryption cipher changes multiple times throughout the day and the key is randomly generated.

And every year a team of Licensed Penetration Testers – legal hackers - try to penetrate our systems.  They use the same methods as hackers to check for security vulnerabilities.

The testing is labour-intensive and requires considerable expertise but it is an invaluable addition to our information security programme.

The result is that our data system is totally secure.  The proof is in the pudding.  Websites are attacked by hackers every day.
