xit2 specialises in providing secure data and property risk management services to the mortgage market. Our valuation management services platform provides lenders, surveyors, third party administrators and asset managers with a safe and swift means of managing the valuation process.

We operate in the first and second charge mortgage markets, commercial and bridging and repossession markets. In fact any sector where a professional physical or quality automated valuation is required is where you will find us.

Management Services

xit2 has over 10 years’ experience in the electronic management of valuations and surveys, and secure connectivity with many UK lenders. Connecting lenders swiftly and securly to third parties is what we do best.

Existing connectivity extends to asset managers, contractors, solicitors and arrears counsellors. In the case of solicitors, xit2 has developed its own in-house electronic platform that interfaces with the majority of solicitor case-management systems.

Our Group resources are connected with over 5000 law firms. This existing infrastructure can be adapted to deliver physical inspections of premises and interviews with solicitors to reduce a lenders exposure to potentially fraudulent activity.
