JOE PEPPER
Managing Director:

Joe took over the role of Managing Director of xit2 following EDM Group’s acquisition of the business in April 2014.  Joe has been working with leading financial services and professional services businesses for over 15 years, primarily in the creation, implementation and delivery of technology-enabled outsourced information management solutions.  Joe is focused on developing further xit2’s award-winning technical products and further enhancing the proposition through access to EDM’s range of BPM and document management technologies.

Outside of work Joe is a keen sports fan, especially when it comes to Crystal Palace FC and the England cricket team.  He lives in Bedfordshire with his wife and young family.

COLIN WRIGHT
Director:

Colin, as a UK Board Director of the EDM Group, also joins the xit2 management team.  Colin has significant experience of delivering outsourced technology solutions with the EDM Group and has over 15 years’ experience of working in Financial Services.  Colin is responsible for integrating the business into the wider EDM Group and helping to drive forward outsourcing solutions that will enable customers to improve operational efficiency, enhance customer service and reduce regulatory risk.

Prior to EDM Group, Colin has had direct experience of working for lending organisations, operating in senior management roles for IT and Business Transformation.   Making a difference matters and Colin has assisted many EDM Group clients in adopting strategies that have delivered significant benefits.

Colin lives in Worcestershire and enjoys Tennis, Golf and Skiing. He regularly plays Tennis competitively in the Hereford & Worcester county league for his local club.

IAN SHAW
National Business Development Manager:

Ian joined xit2 in September 2012 as National Business Development Manager and has 20 years experience within the financial services and mortgage industry. Ian has a proven track record in Sales Development, Marketing, New Relationship Development, Operations and Account Management.

Ian’s previous positions include National Account Manager at HML, part of the Skipton Group, Divisional Account Manager at Kensington Mortgage Company part of the Investec Group and Business Development Manager at Bank of Ireland.

In his spare time, Ian enjoys golf, football, following Manchester City and is a keen mountain biker, Ian says  “One of the best things about mountain biking is the opportunity to get out and enjoy the outdoors, as well as helping you to keep fit. Sunday mornings are spent with a group of hardcore mountain bikers biking over the hills, mountains and muddy peat moorlands of the Peak District.”

He also competes regularly in a number of charity bike rides, and for the past 5 years he has completed the annual 140 mile round trip of the Manchester to Blackpool charity bike ride challenge.
