Once the valuation is complete, simply fill in the report online and it is automatically sent back to the lender on your behalf.

And when the case is closed you benefit from our self-billing process.

Every month invoices are automatically produced on your behalf and sent to various lenders. 

Then you get paid in one sum for all work carried out every month - regardless of the lender or instructing source.
