                                   VIII LODGE FUNDS
               In addition to the general funds of the Lodge, the Treasurer will maintain the
            following funds from donations made by members of the Lodge :-
               (a)  “The Bursar’s Emergency Fund”
                  To enable the Master to make immediate payments on behalf of the
                  Lodge in case of distress.
               (b)  “The Jewel Fund”
                  To enable further Miniatures to be added to complete the Lodge
                  Jewels when worthy artists can be found.
               (c)   “The Stewards’ Fund”
                  To increase the support that the Lodge is able to give to
                             IX ARREARS AND EXCLUSIONS
               No Brother shall be entitled to vote on any matter before the Lodge if his
            annual subscription is unpaid for three Months or more. If his annual subscription
            remains unpaid for 6 months from the time appointed for that purpose he shall be
            liable to be excluded from the Lodge after due notice in the manner prescribed
            Rule 181 Book of Constitutions. By Rule 148 of the Book of Constitutions.
            A Brother automatically ceases to be a member of the Lodge if his subscription
            remains unpaid for 2 years.
                                X INVENTORY AND AUDIT
               At the regular meeting in January, two Members of the Lodge together with
            the Master, shall be elected to form a committee to audit the accounts of the
            Lodge and to check the inventory of property belonging to the Lodge, as defined
            in By-Law V. They will present reports thereon at the next. reports thereon at the
            next Regular Lodge Meeting in March.

                            XI CANDIDATES FOR INITIATION
               Every Candidate for Initiation in this Lodge shall be duly proposed and
            seconded in open Lodge. Except as otherwise provided by Rule 160 Book of
            Constitutions, he shall be balloted for at the next Regular Meeting of the Lodge
            and the ballot must be unanimous.
