Engine
The Driving force behind the Daily is the state of the art 2.8 diesel engine developing 125 and
146hp and providing maximum torque at only 1,800 rpm, low noise levels, reduced fuel
consumption and emissions, coupled with minimum maintenance.
Both engines feature the Common Rail Unijet
Injection System which uses a feed pump to
supply the fuel under pressure. This ensures that
the amount of fuel injected is precisely adjusted
according to driving requirements. This
advanced fuel delivery system provides excellent
fuel economy along with reduced exhaust
emissions.
The 146hp variant version features variable
geometry turbocharging providing enhanced
performance and superb flexibility
