Relaxing driving 2

The redesigned dashboard, the modular instrument panel and 3
the ergonomic steering wheel, all of which resulted from 4
Irisbus Iveco’s consultations with drivers, combine to make the
driver’s position in Crossway LE ideal for relaxed driving. The 9
driving parameter display unit activated by buttons on the
steering wheel, the on-board computer, and the distribution of
functions into three distinct zones on the dashboard give the
driver instant access to the information he needs, and alert
him immediately to any malfunction. The radio controls are
located on the steering wheel. The different adjustments for
the seat, which comes with a head rest, and for the steering
wheel allow the driver to find the perfect position for his own
shape and size.

Total efficiency on board

The driver can equally rely on the comfort of the suspension,
perfect vehicle manoeuvrability with the best turning circle on
the market, plus all the benefits of a raised driving position,
giving him excellent visibility of the traffic around him. This
driver’s position can also be fitted, as an option, with a door
hatch, a fare collection point and a cash box. Finally, for his own
security, the driver may also benefit from a closed
anti-aggression cab.
