    Mail order
If a customer cannot purchase our plants in person, they can elect to mail order. At this point the customer consents to provide us with a name, address, delivery details and contact telephone number, when they place an order with us. We then get in touch when we are about to dispatch their consigment, request and process their payment details.

We do not collect information about our visitors from other sources, such as public records or bodies, or private organisations. We do not collect or use personal data for any purpose other than to mail orders placed. We operate a paper wish list where customers have specifically asked to be informed if a specific plant becomes available to buy.
    Monthly newsletters
Our monthly newsletter has to be subscribed to by a recipient, and that service is managed through Mail Chimp. Existing subscribers can opt to discontinue their subscription at any point by selecting the option at the foot of each newsletter, or the email, which delivered the newsletter. They will be removed from the address list automatically.
